We ask all potential customers to read this before purchasing any items, goods or merchandise from this company. Bottom line what you decide to do or not to do is your soul responsibility.
We preset all our coins, notes, tokens and all other associated Numismatics and related items as being authentic to the best of our knowledge. Fake, counterfeit or fantasy issues will be so noted. Please note even we get fooled sometimes but you're safe with our authenticity guarantee for life.
The maximum extent of our liabilitity exposure will be the cost of the coin note or token itself, nothing more. Refunds are for the initial purchase price only, does not include postage or any other out of pocket expense(s).
We do not accept cash through the mails. We do accept personal check with a minimum of (10) business day clearing time, bonafide money orders and Paypal. Paypal transactions will incur a 3.5% surcharge fee assessed to each sale.
If you wish to return an item, notify us in writing first of why and we will issue a return approval. Return accepted within 14 days of receipt by customer only.
"Walter the coin you sent is damaged." Wrong idea! We note all coins with damage, You order a coin with damage, receive it, guess what, the coin is yours.

We will serve as broker to see or buy any coin or note in a private sale. Out commission is 10% of the sale/purchase amount plus our expenses.
This list of our legal responsibilitily is NOT all inclusive and we will accord you the customer protections as well.

All shipments of $12.00 or more may require priority mail delivery with signatue confirmation when Paypal option is elected by customer.
