Bradford or any other employee, agent of this company. Further should you place an order with us, you will be completing said order and will admit, agree and attest that you have in fact read this page in total and understand and agree with all statements, conditions and terms of business and liability made herein. Further you attest that you transacted business totally of your own free will and voluntary personal choice. This is an irrevocable agreement.
Greenbackville Numismatics and it's owners, agents, employees and assigns Limits of Liability will be held to the cost of the item(s) sale price only. We will not be responsible for return shipping fees, 3rd party grading fees, nor any other out of pocket espense(s), or inconvenience that may have ocurred from any said purchase by any buyer(s) for any reason.
Refunds will be accepted within (7) calendar days of receipt by the customer. However, customer must first notify us of intent to return whereby a return authorization number will be issued. Any item(s) returned must be in original condition as stated in our listing(s) and must be in original holder, untouched, undamaged and resaleable. Any coins with testing residue, cleaning residue or modification(s) of any type, will not be accepted. Refund will consist of original purchase price only, shipping cost's not included. Customer's cost of return shipping, handling, insured, registration, freight or any other costs associated with any return(s) will NOT be refunded.
Counterfeits or Copy Item(s) are not generally sold by us. However, from time to time, we will purchase better pieces or historic counterfeits and offer them for sale. If we do so, we will list the item exactly for what it is, so you know what you are being offered. We will NOT intentionally offer any copy, counterfeit as being an authentic, genuine original.
Special Order Requests will be acceppted on a "case by case" basis only and special requirement's may be necessary to complete such a transaction.
We will ship Internationally but only to countries of our choice. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any person, location or country for any reason without cause. All International order(s) shipping costs will be on a "case by case basis" and will only ship airmail registered only.
Shipping in the contiguous 48 states of the US will be based on actual cost of goods shipped and insurance is required on all orders. Shipping methods will be quoted at time of sale.
We will accept payment in British Pounds, Euros and yes, even the USD! We strongly recommend that no one ever send cash and we will not be responsible for any orders paid for by cash that may be lost, stolen or redirected during transit for any reason(s) under any condition(s).
Money Orders originating from The United States Postal Service and Walmart Stores will be the only money orders we will be able to accept.
We will accept personal checks and place hold on your shipment until your bank and our bank have fully cleared your payment. Time of this process is not under our control. Customers whom we have a track record of more than (2) payments by check or whom we have known or done business with will receive their good(s) paid by check upon receipt without any "hold time".
We will accept Paypal and credit card payments. Payments should be sent to our Paypal account user name, waltana02@msn.com. We will accept Mastercard and Visa card payments as well. There is an additional 4% fee for all payments made through Paypal or the use of a credit card. This is NOT for us to make "easy" money but only to eliminate the expense imposed on us by 3rd party payment processors and credit card companies for the privilege of using their systems.
Any problem(s) customer(s) may experience with on line payments through their chosen method is not our responsibility in any manner or form unless the situation is of our direct creation.
Due to the cost's of using Paypal and credit card services, any sale which uses this form of payment, a minumum purchase of $10.00 is necessary. We will accept payment in Euros, British Pound Sterling as well. A 2% conversion fee applies.
We try to insure all items listed are in stock however, please understand that any and all items are subject to prior sale. "The Early Bird catches The Worm!"
Fellow Virginians Hello! It is my nasty duty to remind you that if we ship to a Virginia address, we must also charge you 5% Virginia State Sales Tax. If you can provide an "outside Virginia delivery address, we will be more than happy to send your package there as long as you give us instructions to do so.
